Types of Yoga


 There are several types of yoga practices that are associated with Lord Shiva or inspired by his divine energy. These practices are designed to cultivate specific qualities and tap into the transformative power of Shiva's energy. Here are a few types of Shiva yoga:

  1. Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama).
